How it works

One 9 x 12 inch postcard with up to 16 local businesses, mailed by the US Postal Service (Every Door Direct Mail) to about 5,000 homes on Cave Creek mail routes.
One business per type for service businesses (one plumber, one dentist...). Restaurants and shops: a few per card, never two of the same kind.
A spot is $300: a $50 refundable deposit now, and the other $250 once 11 businesses have signed on, before anything prints. If fewer than 11 have signed on by the print date (Friday, December 4, 2026), each business chooses: stay on a smaller card mailed to about 2,500 homes for $200 total (your $50 counts toward it; it prints only if at least 9 businesses choose it), or get your $50 back in full. No one is moved to the smaller card without saying yes.
